Finding reputable, affordable homeowner's insurance for 2 homes in FL is impossible. SIG made it a very pleasant experience from the start. When I originally requested information online, I had low expectations. After an hour I put in my request, I received a phone call from a very professional, courteous SIG employee stating that Amanda (my rep) would be calling me the next day at 9am to discuss my options. As promised, Amanda called. She was extremely personable and professional. No games. Amanda delivered on everything she had discussed with me. Not only was she able to find me 2 reputable insurance policies, but she saved me a significant amount of money. I originally was just looking for one policy for a rental property, but she politely asked if she could quote my primary residence and she saved me money! Amanda also didn't push me towards the "fallback" Citizens insurance here in FL. I would definately recommend SIG to anyone!
